Things to Know
Comfort
- Let us know if anything isn’t right.
- Fresh sheets, towels, and bathroom cloths are provided.
- Bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
Mail/Deliveries
- You're welcome to have things delivered to the house, but keep in mind that there is no mailbox access, so please don't have things sent to you by USPS! Amazon could also be an issue, so consider specifying that deliveries should be made to the door.
- This is a pretty safe neighborhood, but porch pirates are an unfortunate reality in the area. We can't accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Laundry
- Washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, iron, and ironing board are in the laundry room.
- Clean the dryer lint trap after each use.
Heating & A/C
- Use the digital thermostat in the living room to adjust temperature.
- Please don’t set the A/C below 70°F (21°C), as it is not designed for lower temperatures than this.
Parking
- Park on the driveway or street (please don’t block driveways or mailboxes).
- Garage is not available.
Kitchen
- You can use all kitchen tools and appliances (pots, pans, utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, Keurig, kettle, toaster).
- Dish soap and detergent are provided.
- Handwash pots, pans, knives, and baking sheets (please don’t put them in the dishwasher).
TVs
- TVs in the living room and master bedroom have Google TV.
- Sign in to your own streaming accounts and remember to sign out before you leave.
Internet

- Use the internet legally (no illegal downloads/uploads).
